Ingredients

Cookie

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Sugar Mixture

3 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all cookie ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir together 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls; roll in sugar mixture. Place, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
