cups Ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar
14 cup milk
12 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
Food color, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients except food color in bowl. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Increase speed to medium; beat, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy. Tint frosting with food color, if desired.
Tip #1
Variations:
Luscious Chocolate Frosting: Add 3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled. Beat in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk to reach desired spreading consistency.
Luscious Lemon Frosting: Omit vanilla and decrease milk to 1 tablespoon. Add 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
