It’s that time of year again – FALL! My favorite time of year, and I’m sure a lot of yours, too. So why is it my favorite time of year? The weather is cooler, leaves are falling, and comfort food becomes a staple. A fall tradition many have is to spend an afternoon at the apple orchard – but what do you do with all of those apples? Don’t worry, we have you covered. Baking is obvious, but how can you incorporate your apples into a main dish?
Curried Apple & Swiss Crostini- Curry is balanced out by thin slices of apples and creamy cheese – perfect for any fall entertaining.
Ancient Grains & Roasted Vegetable Salad – A hearty salad that has nutty farro, complemented by crisp apples.
