Can I store Butter Balls in the freezer and for how long?
Butter Balls can be stored in the freezer, but we still recommend using them by the Best By Date. If storing in the freezer, to maintain freshness, store in original package. Butter Balls can be used straight from the freezer for cooking. If used for spreading or topping remove them from the freezer for at least 20 minutes to soften prior to use.

Can Butter Balls be left at room temperature?
We recommend storing Butter Balls in the refrigerator. Butter Balls can be used straight from the refrigerator for cooking. If used for spreading or topping remove them from the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to soften prior to use. We do not recommend softening in the microwave.

Do Butter Balls come in unsalted?
Currently, we do not offer unsalted Butter Balls. Salted and unsalted butter can be used interchangeably, just be aware that salt is already present in the salted butter ball.

How many servings of pre-portioned salted Butter Balls come in each bag?
Each 8 oz. resealable bag contains 32 pre-portioned Butter Balls. Each Butter Ball is equivalent to ½ tablespoon salted butter. The resealable 8-oz bag makes it easy to pour and store.
