This product does not require refrigeration. Optimal storage temperature is between 45 - 80 degrees F. For best results use this product by the date stamped on the box.
We do not recommend freezing this product. Although freezing does not affect the safety or nutritional value of this product the texture and/or taste may be affected. We do not guarantee the quality of our products if stored frozen.
Sometimes the acid in coffee along with the coffee’s heat may curdle the cream when it is added to coffee especially if the cream is not fresh. To prevent this from happening, be sure to use fresh cream.
