Warm Pear Crisp

Ingredients
Filling
4 medium (4 cups) pears, cored, peeled, sliced 1/2-inch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 teaspoon ground nutmegTopping
1
2 cup all-purpose flour1
2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats1
2 cup finely chopped brown sugar1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3 cup
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F.

STEP 2
Place pears into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over pears.

Bake 40-50 minutes or until pears are fork tender and top is golden brown.

Spoon mixture into serving dishes. Top with whipping cream, if desired.
