Ingredients
Mango Butter*
1 Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
2 cup2 tablespoons hot mango chutney

4 cups all-purpose flour1 cup milk
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
4 cup2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves1 tablespoon seeded finely chopped jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder

STEP 1
Combine Butter with Canola Oil and mango chutney in bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Heat waffle iron.

Beat egg in bowl until light yellow color (about 45 seconds). Stir in flour, milk, melted butter, sugar and baking powder until well mixed.

Stir in cheese, cilantro, jalapeño, chili powder and salt until just combined

Cook batter in waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Serve immediately with mango butter.
