Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients
Filling
4 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 cup creamy peanut butter2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
Bread
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 cup2 tablespoons sour cream
3
4 cup firmly packed brown sugar1
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1
4 teaspoon salt2 medium (1 cup) ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda
Topping
Coarsely chopped dried banana chips, as desired
Coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts, as desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl. Beat until well mixed. Set aside.

Combine butter, sour cream, 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Add bananas and vanilla; beat until well mixed. Add flour and baking soda. Beat, scraping bowl often, until well combined.

Spread about 2 cups batter into prepared pan. Spoon 15 dollops of filling evenly over batter; avoid touching sides of pan and leave small amount of space between dollops. Top with remaining batter, smoothing top. Sprinkle top with dried banana chips and peanuts, as desired, gently press topping into batter.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
