Ingredients

Monkey Bread

1/2 cup sugar

24 frozen dinner rolls, thawed, quartered

3/4 cup grape jelly

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

Glaze

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, warmed in microwave

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Topping

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 10-cup Bundt® pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place sugar into large plastic food bag. Add bread dough pieces. Seal bag; toss lightly to coat. Place coated bread dough into prepared pan.

  3. STEP 3

    Heat jelly and butter in saucepan until bubbles begin to form. Pour over bread dough pieces. Bake 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes in pan. Invert onto serving plate. 

  4. STEP 4

    Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter,and enough milk for desired glazing consistency in small bowl. Drizzle over warm bread. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
