Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

8 slices hearty wheat sandwich bread

8 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

4 tablespoons jelly or jam

8 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    For each sandwich, spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter onto 1 slice of bread. Spread 1 tablespoon jelly onto another slice of bread. Place on top of peanut butter, jelly-side down. Spread 1 teaspoon butter onto outside of each slice of bread.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  3. STEP 3

    Place 2 sandwiches into skillet. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and peanut butter is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
