Sweet Chili Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, divided

1 pound small Brussels sprouts, trimmed

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add Brussels sprouts and salt; cook, shaking pan occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until sprouts are lightly browned.

  2. STEP 2

    Add water. Cover pan; cook 10-15 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Remove lid; cook until liquid is evaporated.

  3. STEP 3

    Reduce heat to low. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, chili sauce and Sriracha; cook until butter is melted and sprouts are coated. Serve immediately.
