Weeknight Pasta with Tomato Butter Sauce

Ingredients
2 (12-ounce) packages mixed color small tomatoes
4 (2 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

4 teaspoon kosher salt1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
8 ounces uncooked dried gemelli pasta, cooked according to package directions

4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1
4 cup chopped fresh basilHow to make

STEP 1
Place tomatoes into dry 12-inch skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, shaking pan occasionally, 8-9 minutes or until tomatoes have browned in spots and are beginning to wrinkle and burst.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Butter Balls and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.

Using potato masher, break tomatoes apart. Add salt and vinegar. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add cooked pasta to pan; stir to coat.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil. Serve immediately.
