Ingredients
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted, divided
2 cup2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1
4 cup granulated sugar1 tablespoon baking powder
1
2 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar

Maple syrup
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Brush 1 tablespoon melted butter onto pan, covering bottom and sides. Set aside.

STEP 2
Combine buttermilk, eggs and 4 tablespoons melted butter in large bowl. Add flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Gently stir until combined (batter will be lumpy).

Pour batter into prepared sheet pan; smooth into even layer. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back when touched.

STEP 4
Remove pancake from oven; heat broiler to high. Brush remaining 3 tablespoons melted butter onto pancake. Broil 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into 12 pieces; serve warm with Butter with Canola Oil and syrup.
