Ingredients
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread, melted
1 tablespoon soy sauce
16 ounces fresh baby bella mushrooms, quartered
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Combine melted Garlic & Herb Butter Spread and soy sauce in large bowl. Toss mushrooms in butter mixture. Pour onto prepared pan, spreading into single layer. Bake mushrooms 35-40 minutes or until soy sauce is caramelized and mushrooms are deep golden brown but still juicy. Serve immediately.
Air Fryer Directions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Combine Garlic & Herb Butter Spread and soy sauce in large bowl. Toss mushrooms in butter mixture. Pour into air fryer basket, spreading into single layer. Bake mushrooms 25-35 minutes, tossing once or twice during cooking, or until soy sauce is caramelized and mushrooms are deep golden brown but still juicy. Serve immediately.
