Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
Dip
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
3 cups shredded cooked chicken

4 cup hot pepper sauce8 ounces cream cheese
1
2 cup sour cream1
2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese
Topping
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1
4 cup Buffalo wing sauce1 cup panko bread crumbs
Garnish
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
Sliced green onions
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch square baking dish.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute or or until garlic is fragrant and sizzling. Stir in chicken and hot sauce.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup dressing and Cheddar cheese. Stir until melted, bubbly and well combined. Spread evenly into prepared baking dish.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add Buffalo sauce. Stir to fully combine. Add bread crumbs; cook, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes or until bread crumbs appear dry and are just beginning to brown. Sprinkle evenly over dip.

Bake 7-9 minutes or until mixture is just beginning to bubble around edges. Drizzle with additional dressing. Garnish with green onions. Serve with celery and/or chips as desired.
