Cheesy Roast Beef Party Sandwiches

Ingredients
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef

2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

4 cup mayonnaise1
4 cup chopped green onions2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 1
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1
2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes12 slices jalapeño chile pepper, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves of rolls into prepared baking dish. Arrange roast beef over bottoms of rolls evenly. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.

Combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and green onions in medium bowl; stir to combine. Spread mixture evenly over roast beef on rolls. Place top halves of rolls over cheese mixture.

Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes in bowl. Use pastry brush to spread over tops of rolls.

Cover baking dish with aluminum foil; bake 25-28 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each roll with sliced jalapeño, if desired.
Tip #1
Let sandwiches rest under foil for additional 5 minutes to ensure cheese is melted throughout.
