Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked dried vermicelli or spaghetti

4 cup sour cream1 (1- to 1 1/2-ounce) envelope stir-fry seasoning mix
1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil

4 pound pre-cut beef stir-fry meat1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
4 cups broccoli slaw mix
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
How to make

STEP 1
Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm; set aside.

Whisk sour cream and stir-fry seasoning mix together in bowl until well blended; set aside.

Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan or wok; add beef and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Add broccoli slaw mix and bell pepper; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.

Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream mixture. Continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through. Add cooked vermicelli; toss to coat well.
