Ingredients
1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
6 ounces (1 1 Land O Lakes® Mexican Blend Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese
2 cups)4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt
Pepper
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Unroll pizza crust dough onto baking sheet; press into 12x10" rectangle. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven.

Crack eggs into individual bowls; set aside.

STEP 4
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top of crust leaving 5 wells with no cheese for eggs. Gently slide each egg into a well. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bacon. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes or until egg whites are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice into squares to serve.
