Pimento Cheese Dip
Pimento cheese is the belle of the ball in Southern cuisine, and so easy to make. Any kind of Cheddar will work, but we love the sharp varieties best.

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4-ounce) jar (1
3 cup) diced pimientos, drained1
4 cup mayonnaise1 jalapeño chile pepper, seeded, minced, if desired
1
4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)1
4 teaspoon garlic powder1
4 teaspoon onion powder1
4 teaspoon salt1
8 teaspoon pepperHow to make

STEP 1
Place all ingredients in large bowl of stand mixer. Using paddle attachment, mix until thoroughly combined. Serve with crackers.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Tip #1
Include the jalapeño seeds to make this dip spicier.
Tip #2
You can use 1 (8-ounce) bag Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese instead of the Chunk if you'd like.
