Chile Cheese Toasts

Ingredients
1 Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter
4 cup4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Habanero Jack Cheese, shredded
1
4 cup mayonnaise1 (4-ounce) can diced mild green chiles, undrained
1
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic1 French baguette
How to make

STEP 1
Place butter in large bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened.

Add cheese, mayonnaise, green chiles and garlic to butter in bowl; mix well Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.

STEP 3
Adjust broiling rack 3 to 4 inches from top of oven. Heat broiler. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil.

Cut baguette crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Arrange slices on prepared baking sheets, spacing at least 1/2 inch apart. Divide softened butter mixture evenly among bread slices (about 1 heaping tablespoon each) and spread to edges.

Broil, 1 sheet at a time, rotating baking sheet halfway through, 3-4 minutes or until tops are browned in spots and edges of bread are crispy.
