Chocolatey Peanut Butter Crunch Snack Mix

Ingredients
3 cups oven toasted chocolate cereal squares
3 cups peanut butter puff cereal
2 cups peanut butter-filled pretzels
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoon baking soda1
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1
2 cup peanut butter-flavored baking chips1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 sheet pans with aluminum foil.

Combine cereals, pretzels and peanuts in bowl. Set aside.

Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in heavy bottomed 2-quart saucepan; bring to a full boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl; stir to combine. Divide snack mix evenly between prepared sheet pans.

Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place chocolate chips and peanut butter chips into separate microwave-safe bowls. Add 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil to each. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until chips are melted.

Scatter candy pieces over cereal mixture on baking sheet; drizzle with melted chips. Let cool before breaking into bite-sized pieces.

Store in container with tight-fitting lid up to 1 week.
