Caramel Apple Pie Cheese Ball

Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce (1 Land O Lakes® Sharp White Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

4 cup diced Granny Smith apple2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping, divided

4 teaspoon lemon juice1
8 teaspoon apple pie spice1
2 cup chopped toasted pecans1
8 teaspoon kosher saltHow to make

STEP 1
Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, apple, 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, lemon juice and apple pie spice in bowl. Using hand mixer, beat until well combined. Transfer to large piece of plastic food wrap.

Using damp hands, form cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap tightly; refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

To serve, place pecans on clean piece of plastic food wrap. Roll unwrapped cheese ball in nuts until covered. Transfer to serving plate; drizzle with remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle with salt.

Serve immediately with pretzels, graham crackers, apple slices or other dippers.

Cold cream cheese? Soften in a snap by removing foil wrapper, placing in a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving in 5-second bursts, checking for desired softness.
