8 (1 Land O Lakes® Butter Balls
4 cup)1 tablespoon sesame oil
1
4 cup chile garlic sauce1
4 cup honey1
4 cup soy sauce1
4 cup Sriracha sauceGarnish
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1
2 cup chopped fresh basil1
2 cup chopped fresh mint1 tablespoon sesame seeds
How to make
-
STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
-
STEP 2
Place wings onto foil-lined pan; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Bake 25-30 minutes or until wings are browned and internal temperature of wings reaches 175°F.
-
STEP 3
Meanwhile, melt Butter Balls and sesame oil in medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil. Cook at lively simmer 20 minutes or until reduced to about half and appears glazed and sticky.
-
STEP 4
Toss together cooked wings and sauce in bowl until coated. Finish with lime juice, chopped fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
Tip #1
Feel free to substitute your favorite hot sauce if Sriracha or chile garlic sauce are not readily available. Gochujang or even traditional hot pepper sauce will still give it a kick. Just keep an eye on the sauce while it reduces as it may take more or less time to reach that glaze consistency.
Tip #2
Brown sugar or even agave could be substituted for the honey.
Tip #3
If you have access to Thai basil, it would make a great swap for the traditional basil.
