Southern Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened, for brushing
1 pound large elbow macaroni
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese, shredded
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Mozzarella Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese
8 ounces sliced Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes, softened
1 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1
2 teaspoon ground mustard1
2 teaspoon smoked paprika1
2 teaspoon pepperHow to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Brush 13x9" baking dish generously with butter. Set aside.

Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente. Drain; set aside.

Meanwhile, combine 4 ounces Cheddar, 4 ounces Co-Jack, mozzarella, Deli American, cream cheese, half & half and whipping cream in stockpot off heat. Stir in eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ground mustard, smoked paprika and pepper until well combined. Stir in drained macaroni. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining Cheddar and Co-Jack cheeses.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browned. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.

This mac and cheese is also amazing reheated the next day! Cover; bake in 300°F oven 15-20 minutes, or place individual serving in microwave-safe dish and heat on full power 60-90 seconds or until hot and bubbly.
