Ingredients

4 cup hot pepper jelly3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, scrambled
4 slices bacon, cooked
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American
How to make

STEP 1
Slice biscuits in half; spread cut side of bottom half of each biscuit with 1 tablespoon pepper jelly. Layer evenly with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and top halves of biscuits.

STEP 2
Let sandwiches cool 10 minutes. Wrap tightly in plastic food wrap. Freeze up to 1 month.

STEP 3
When ready to serve, unwrap sandwich from plastic wrap. Wrap in paper towel. Microwave 60-90 seconds or until hot.
