Apple Cake with Irish Cream Glaze

1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 cup1

2 green apples
Streusel

4 cup all-purpose flour1
2 cup granulated sugar1
4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats1
4 teaspoon salt7 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
Pinch salt
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch springform pan with nonstick baking spray. Set aside.

Combine 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat at medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until just blended. Gradually beat in 1 1/4 cups flour, baking powder, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt until just combined. Beat in milk, scraping down side of bowl as needed, until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Arrange slices in even layer over cake batter.

Combine all streusel ingredients in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; process until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Sprinkle streusel evenly over apple slices.

Bake 1 hour or until surface is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Run knife around edge of pan; release side of pan. Transfer cake to serving plate.

Sift powdered sugar into medium bowl. Add Irish cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency. Stir in pinch salt. Spoon glaze into piping bag. Drizzle individual cake slices with glaze.
