Meatball Sub
With only 20 minutes and a handful of ingredients, you can build these deli-style meatball subs. A blanket of Italian Blend cheese and sprinkle of fresh parsley add that special something.

Ingredients
16 frozen prepared meatballs
2 cups marinara sauce
4 hoagie rolls, split

4 cup olive oil8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend
1
4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How to make

STEP 1
Combine meatballs and marinara sauce in medium saucepan; heat over medium-low heat 10 minutes or until temperature of meatballs reaches 165°F.

Meanwhile, place oven rack about 5 inches from broiler. Heat broiler.

Brush cut sides of each hoagie roll with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Place onto baking sheet, oil-side up. Broil 15-30 seconds or until lightly browned.

Place 4 meatballs into each hoagie bun. Spoon extra sauce over meatballs; top each with 2 slices Italian cheese. Finish each with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Return to broiler; broil 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
