Ingredients

1 Kaiser roll, split

2 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, softened, divided

3 slices crisply cooked bacon

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, beaten

2 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread cut sides of Kaiser roll with 1 teaspoon butter each. Heat 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add roll, cut-sides down; heat 1 minute or until toasted and lightly golden brown. Transfer to piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place bacon onto bottom half of toasted roll.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add beaten eggs. Cook 30 seconds or until edges of eggs begin to set. Lift edge of eggs with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Cook 2-3 minutes or until eggs are just set. Fold eggs in half, then in half again to form "patty" to fit roll. Place egg patty on bacon. Top with cheese and top half of roll. Wrap in foil or parchment paper; slice in half to serve.
