Shrimp Boil
This recipe is perfect for those large-gathering summer celebrations. Melted garlic butter is the perfect final drizzle and on-the-side dipping sauce.

Ingredients
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 large onion, quartered
1 head garlic, cut in half horizontally
1
3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning, divided1 1
2 pounds (about 1-inch diameter) small red potatoes4 ears corn, each cut into thirds
1 (12- to 16-ounce) package andouille sausage or kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 pounds (U21-U25) shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 lemons, cut into wedges
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl; keep warm.

Combine 1 gallon water, onion, garlic and 1/3 cup Old Bay seasoning in 16-quart stockpot; bring to a low boil. Add potatoes; cook 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Add corn and sausage; cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through; drain stockpot, discarding onion and garlic.

STEP 3
Arrange all ingredients on large platter or table spread with paper. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning. Serve with melted butter spread and lemon wedges.

If you want to add additional seafood, use this general guide for cooking times:
- King crab, 7-10 minutes
- Snow crab, 5-7 minutes
- Lobster tail, 5-7 minutes
