Ingredients

3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (1-ounce) package (about 3 tablespoons) dry ranch dressing mix

11 ounces (about 7 cups) miniature saltine crackers

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

  2. STEP 2

    Microwave butter in medium microwave-safe bowl until melted. Stir in ranch dressing mix; toss crackers in butter mixture, coating evenly. Spread crackers in even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes; stir. Continue baking 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Tip #1

Store crackers in airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days. They can also be frozen in airtight container up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature before serving.
