Honey Nut Granola
This honey-flavored granola is full of good-for-you oats, dried fruit and nuts. It makes a great grab-and-go snack as well as a fun topping for yogurt or ice cream.

Ingredients
4 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1
2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 Land O Lakes® Honey Butter Spread
3 cup1
3 cup honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1
2 teaspoon kosher saltOptional Mix-Ins
Dried cranberries, chocolate chips, dried chopped mangoes, freeze-dried raspberries
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Combine oats, almonds, pecans and brown sugar in bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Combine Honey Butter Spread, honey, vanilla and salt in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until butter is melted. Pour butter mixture over oat mixture; stir until oats are well coated.

STEP 4
Spread granola into prepared baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through baking, until light golden brown. Cool completely before adding optional mix-ins.
Tip #1
Any dried fruit an be added after the granola is cooled. You can also sub in any of your favorite nuts for the pecans or almonds. Flax seeds or sesame seeds can be used as well.
