Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups (150 grams) all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup dark or bittersweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white baking chips

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine butter, sugars and salt in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Reduce speed to low. Gradually add flour and baking soda; beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate and baking chips.

  3. STEP 3

    Drop dough by scant 2 tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake 11-14 minutes or until deep golden brown around edges. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; transfer parchment sheets to cooling rack.
     

Tip #1

Swap out chip flavors based on what you like and have on hand. Butterscotch or peanut butter varieties are fun substitutions!
