Ingredients

4 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine

6 (3 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls

1/2 to 3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus additional for garnish

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook fettuccine to al dente according to package directions.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, scatter Butter Balls across large platter or shallow bowl; let come to room temperature.

  3. STEP 3

    Use tongs to transfer hot pasta to platter with Butter Balls, reserving pasta water. Sprinkle pasta with Parmesan cheese. Toss pasta with butter and cheese, adding pasta water a few tablespoons at a time until sauce is desired consistency. Garnish with additional Parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately.
