Air Fryer Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

2 slices white sandwich bread

1 1/2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread

2 ounces (1/2 cup) Land O Lakes® Aged Italian Blend Fine Cut Shredded Cheese

2 ounces (1/2 cup) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Chunk, shredded

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, spread 1 side of each slice bread with Garlic & Herb Butter Spread; sprinkle each buttered side with 1 ounce Aged Italian Blend shreds, pressing gently to stick. Set 1 slice, butter-side down, onto square of parchment paper. Sprinkle evenly with Co-Jack cheese; top with second slice of bread, butter-side up.

  3. STEP 3

    Carefully place sandwich into air fryer; cook 3-4 minutes or until top is golden brown. Turn sandwich over; continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until cheese on top is golden brown and bubbly.

Tip #1

No air fryer? No problem. Make this grilled cheese in a large nonstick pan on the stovetop.
