Ingredients
8 (1 Land O Lakes® Butter Balls, divided
4 cup)2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
7 ounces (1 1
2 cups) uncooked dried ditalini pasta2 cups chicken broth
1 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
3 cup2 ounces (1 Land O Lakes® Aged Italian Blend Fine Cut Shredded Cheese
2 cup)Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make

STEP 1
Melt 4 Butter Balls in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant but not browned. Add uncooked pasta; stir to coat with butter mixture. Add chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of liquid has been absorbed.

STEP 2
Remove skillet from heat; add remaining 4 Butter Balls and whipping cream. Once butter is melted, add cheese; stir vigorously to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip #1
Like a little heat? Stir in 1 tablespoon chili crisp with the cheese and top with sliced green onions.
