Charcuterie Board Tips

  • You want your board to be overflowing; this is what makes it look so amazing!   

  • Pick out your board and props in advance. Props can include tongs, cheese knives, small forks, wooden picks, and small bowls for dips and spreads.

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) package Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Cracker Cuts

1 (7-ounce) package Land O Lakes® Gouda Cheese Cracker Cuts

1 (7-ounce) package Land O Lakes® Pepper Jack Cheese Cracker Cuts

1 (8-ounce) package Land O Lakes® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese, broken into chunks

1 (8-ounce) package Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-thick triangles

1 ounce Land O Lakes® Gouda & Havarti Cheese Cubes

1 ounce Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp Cheddar & Habanero Jack Cheese Cubes

4 ounces salami

Browned Butter Swiss Meringue Frosting

Ultimate Cheddar Butter

Butterfly-shaped crackers, as desired

Vanilla wafer cookies, as desired

Graham crackers, as desired

Pastel candy-coated chocolate candies

Jelly beans, as desired

Red and green grapes, as desired

Strawberry jam, as desired

Baby-cut carrots, as desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Use small (1 inch) spring-themed cutters to cut shapes from Cracker Cuts. Arrange cheese cut-outs, chunks, triangles and cubes on large serving board.

  2. STEP 2

    Form "rose" with salami slices or arrange salami decoratively on board.

  3. STEP 3

    Place frosting and Cheddar butter in separate serving bowls; place on board.

  4. STEP 4

    Arrange all remaining ingredients decoratively on board, alternating colors, flavors and textures for visual appeal.
