Air Fryer Carrot Fries
This fun twist on traditional fries is made easy in the air fryer. The quick-to-make, spicy and zesty dip also goes well with our Cheesy Turkey Burgers.

Ingredients
Spicy Mayo

4 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
Carrots
1 pound (5 cups) carrots, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch sticks (3-4 inches long)

2 tablespoons cornstarch2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoon smoked paprikaDash ground red pepper (cayenne)
*Substitute equal amount of Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil.
How to make

STEP 1
Heat air fryer to 400°F.

STEP 2
Stir together all mayo ingredients in small bowl until well combined. Set aside.

STEP 3
Toss together carrots and cornstarch in large bowl until evenly coated. Drizzle with melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt; toss until evenly coated.

STEP 4
Stir together salt, smoked paprika and cayenne in small dish; sprinkle over carrots. Toss until evenly coated.

STEP 5
Spread coated carrots evenly in hot air fryer basket. Air fry, tossing several times, 20 minutes or until fries are browned on ends. Garnish with additional salt as desired. Serve with Spicy Mayo.

Air fryer temperature settings vary according to brand and model. If your air fryer doesn't have the temperature setting called for in the recipe, consult the manual for recommendations.
