Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1-ounce) package (about 3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix

1 (8-ounce) bag (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Cheesemakers’ Blend Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese  

1 (15-ounce) can corn, well drained

1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, diced

1 (2.25-ounce) can (1/2 cup) sliced ripe olives, well drained

1/4 cup finely diced seeded jalapeño chile peppers

 *Substitute Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine cream cheese and ranch seasoning in bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat, scraping bowl occasionally, until well combined. Add all remaining ingredients; beat until well combined.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip #1

Any of your favorite chips work here: Tortilla chips, potato chips, pita chips...all play well poolside! Fresh veggies and pretzels make good dippers as well.

Tip #2

If refrigerating overnight, make sure to give this dip a good stir before serving as some separation of liquid may occur.
