Ingredients

Corn Topping

1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed

6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) Land O Lakes® Mozzarella Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

French Bread

1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. STEP 2

    Mix together all corn topping ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

  3. STEP 3

    Slice French bread in half lengthwise, then in half horizontally. Spread cut sides evenly with Garlic & Herb Butter Spread. Top bread halves evenly with corn topping. Place onto prepared baking sheet.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 9-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown in spots. Cool 2 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm.

Tip #1

Like it spicy? Add a sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes.

Sprinkle with sliced green onions for an extra burst of color and flavor.
