Korean Corn Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients
Corn Topping

2 cups frozen corn, thawed6 ounces (1 1 Land O Lakes® Mozzarella Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

2 cup mayonnaise1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon kosher salt1
4 teaspoon pepperFrench Bread
1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread

STEP 1
Heat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together all corn topping ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

STEP 3
Slice French bread in half lengthwise, then in half horizontally. Spread cut sides evenly with Garlic & Herb Butter Spread. Top bread halves evenly with corn topping. Place onto prepared baking sheet.

STEP 4
Bake 9-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown in spots. Cool 2 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm.

Like it spicy? Add a sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes.
