Green Chile Mini Burgers

Ingredients

3 cup sour cream1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, divided

4 teaspoon hot pepper sauceBurgers
1 pound lean ground beef

4 cup finely chopped onion1 1
2 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce3
4 teaspoon salt1
2 teaspoon pepper4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® White Deli American, cut into quarters
8 slider or dollar-sized buns, split
8 slices yellow tomato
16 arugula leaves
How to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon green chiles and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce in bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

Combine remaining chopped green chiles, ground beef, onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8 small patties.

STEP 4
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 pieces cheese; let melt slightly.

Spread 2 teaspoons sour cream mixture onto bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1 burger, 1 slice tomato, 2 arugula leaves and top half of bun.
