Baked Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons jarred jalapeño peppers, chopped
2 cups frozen cranberries
2 tablespoons sugar
Baguette slices, toasted, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and jalapeños in bowl; mix well.

Place cranberries and sugar in another bowl; toss to coat. Gently stir cranberries into cheese mixture.

Spread mixture into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly around edges.

Serve with baguette slices, if desired.

Any leftovers can be stored in refrigerator 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.

Ensure cranberries are still frozen to prevent mashing them when stirring into the dip.
