Crab-Stuffed Pea Pods

2 pound snow pea pods, tips removed1
2 cup sour cream1 (8-ounce) package imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon horseradish

4 teaspoon pepperFresh parsley, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Cut seam on side of pea pod forming pocket.Combine all remaining ingredients except parsley in bowl.

Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons crab mixture into each pea pod.

Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
