Dark Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dark unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tablespoon dark chocolate baking chips
1
2 teaspoon baking powder1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make

STEP 1
Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients; mix well with fork.
Tip: The Right Size Mug
Coffee mug should be at least 12 ounces to ensure ingredients don't spill over during cooking.

Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. Top with desired toppings.
