Ingredients
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
4 medium (2 cups) carrots, sliced
2 ribs (1 cup) celery, sliced
1 small (1
2 cup) onion, chopped5 cups turkey stock or broth
1 cup water
1
2 teaspoon dried marjoram1
2 teaspoon pepper2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups uncooked dried wide egg noodles
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan over medium heat until sizzling; add carrots, celery and onion. Continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are slightly softened.

STEP 2
Add all remaining ingredients except noodles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, uncovered, 12-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add noodles; continue cooking 5-7 minutes or until noodles are tender.

This recipe is a great way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
Tip #2
You can substitute chicken stock for turkey broth and cooked chicken for the turkey.
