Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package white baking chips
1
2 teaspoon rum extract1
3 cup chopped red candied cherries1
4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts2 tablespoons golden raisins
How to make

STEP 1
Line baking sheet with foil; set aside.

STEP 2
Melt baking chips in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Stir in rum extract.

Immediately pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness. Immediately top with cherries, walnuts and raisins; press down lightly.

Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces.
