Safe to eat no-bake cookie dough bites will satisfy your sweet tooth. Dipping these into chocolate and topping with sprinkles might be a little messy, but it will be fun!

Ingredients

1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
4 cup1
3 cup firmly packed brown sugar3
4 cup sweetened condensed milk1
2 teaspoon vanilla extract1
4 teaspoon salt1 cup all-purpose flour
2 (1.86-ounce) milk chocolate peanut caramel and nougat candy bars, chopped
Coating
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons shortening
Decorator sprinkles
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spread flour on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes or until flour is 165°F. Cool completely.

Line another baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

Combine butter and brown sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt; beat until well mixed. Stir in flour and candy bar pieces until well mixed.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place onto prepared baking sheet; chill 30 minutes.

Place chocolate chips and shortening into bowl; microwave 1-2 minutes or until melted.

Dip each ball into melted chocolate until completely covered. Place onto baking sheet. Sprinkle immediately with decorator sprinkles. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Tip #1
When dipping balls into chocolate, dip a few at a time, keeping remaining balls refrigerated.
Tip #2
To temp flour, immediately pour into bowl after removing from oven. Use an instant read thermometer.
