Streusel-Topped Peach Crisp

Ingredients
Filling

4 cup sugar1
4 cup orange juice6 medium (4 cups) peaches, peeled, sliced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Topping

4 cup all-purpose flour1
2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1
4 cup chopped pecans1
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1
4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
3 cup coldIce Cream
Vanilla ice cream, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; toss lightly to coat. Spoon into greased 8-inch square baking pan.

Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping mixture over filling. Bake 25-30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
