Perfectly Roasted Carrots
Sometimes simplicity is best. These sweet, tender carrots use five ingredients and turn out perfectly every time. Serve them as a side dish any night of the week.

Ingredients
2 pounds carrots with green tops
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
3
4 teaspoon kosher salt1
2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

STEP 2
Trim green tops of carrots to 2 inches. Cut carrots in half lengthwise. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Drizzle carrots with melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

STEP 3
Bake 20-22 minutes or until carrots are tender. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
