Brownie Bark

Ingredients
Brownie Bark
2 cup1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1
2 cup sugar1
2 teaspoon espresso powder1
4 teaspoon salt1
4 teaspoon vanilla extract1
2 cup all-purpose flourPeppermint Drizzle
3 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), melted
1
4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Holiday sprinkles or decor, as desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.

Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, espresso powder, salt and vanilla until well combined. Add egg; stir vigorously until well mixed. Add flour; stir vigorously until flour is well combined and mixture is glossy.

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 16-19 minutes or until surface is dry to the touch. Remove parchment or foil with bark onto cutting board. While bark is hot, cut into 3-inch triangles.

STEP 4
Stir melted almond bark and peppermint extract together in small bowl. Drizzle over brownie bark. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or decor. Cool completely.
