Peanut, Caramel and Chocolate Candy Bars
Remeniscent of a certain classic candy bar filled with caramel, peanuts and nougat, these no-bake bars are a great family baking project.

Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk or dark)

4 cup1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow crème

2 cups salted cocktail peanuts, roughly choppedCaramel Layer
1 (11-ounce) bag caramels, unwrapped
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk or dark)3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
How to make

STEP 1
Line 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Combine 1 cup chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until completely melted and smooth. Pour into prepared pan; spread to edges. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.

Combine sugar, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup whipping cream in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; immediately stir in marshmallow crème, 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in peanuts. Spread evenly over chocolate layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.

Combine caramels and 3 tablespoons whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Pour over marshmallow-peanut layer; spread to edges of pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.

STEP 5
Combine 2/3 cup chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons peanut butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until completely melted and smooth. Pour over caramel layer; spread to edges of pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting and serving. Store in refrigerator.
